Black Orchid offers digital music distribution, playlist pitching, royalty collection, and marketing infrastructure services specifically tailored for global labels and independent artists entering streaming ecosystems.
To access our services, users must submit an accurate application form specifying their catalog size, streaming footprints, and legal identity. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion without providing prior explanation.
You retain full ownership of all musical compositions, sound recordings, and metadata distributed through our platform. By submitting content, you grant Black Orchid a limited, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to deliver and monetize your catalog across chosen Digital Service Providers (DSPs).
Black Orchid collects earnings directly from partner platforms and routes them according to your custom distribution contract. Financial adjustments, local tax liabilities, and processing timelines are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents signed upon acceptance.
Black Orchid shall not be held liable for temporary DSP platform outages, mechanical ingestion delays, or changing local market regulatory limitations outside our direct infrastructural control.
